OFFENDER SERVICES SPECIALIST
Warren has over six years of professional experience working with the offender population both within facilities and in the community. His past as an offender himself has given him special insight into this population's specific challenges. His positions have included Substance Abuse Counselor, Case Manager, and Offender Services Specialist. He is certified by NIC as an Offender Employment services Specialist.
CHIANTI "SERENA" CAMARA, SAC
WOMEN'S SERVICES SPECIALIST
Chianti has earned the title Women's Services Specialist as she has worked with the female offender and ex-offender population in various capacities over the past ten years. Her past as a female offender herself has given her special insight into this population's specific challenges. Her professional positions have included Substance Abuse Counselor, Community Placement Coordinator, Treatment Specialist, Life Skills Coach, and Transition Mentor.
GUY LIMASA, OES
Guy has worked in vocational training and job development for over twenty years with eight of those years being in management. He assisted in the development of Oahu Worklinks, operated senior employment programs, was acknowledged for 100% placement rate with Hawaii Job Corps and piloted a NISH custodial project for Goodwill Industries at the U.S. Federal Courthouse.
Tonya has worked with non-profit organizations for the past ten years. She served on the Board of Directors for LeFlore County Special Olympics. She was a Navy Ombudsman for SDVT-1 for three years and has helped countless individuals find the resources they needed to obtain and maintain an independent lifestyle and to be more productive. She is the thread that holds our organization together.
